Welcome to the Little Jelly Bean Art Affiliate Program. By registering for and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
1. Program Overview & Eligibility
Global Participation: Affiliates may sign up from anywhere in the world.
Registration: You must successfully register and be accepted into the program to participate.
Digital Products Only: Little Jelly Bean Art specializes exclusively in digital-only products (instantly downloadable nursery and children's wall art). We do not offer or sell any physical products.
2. Commissions & Payment Terms
Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 30% commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral links.
Calculation of Commissions: If you utilize your own affiliate or personal discount, commissions will be calculated and paid based on the final order total after any applicable deductions or discounts have been applied.
Payout Methods:
Payments will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) in South African Rand (ZAR) for local participants, or via PayPal for worldwide affiliates.
3. Tracking & Link Requirements
Mandatory Link Usage: You must use your assigned, unique affiliate link correctly at all times for purchases to be tracked.
No Backdating: Commissions cannot and will not be backdated or credited if a customer fails to use your link, or if you use a broken or improperly formatted link. It is your responsibility to ensure your links are sharing correctly.
4. Marketing, Content, & Brand Representation
Provided Assets: We provide official marketing media, mockups, and promotional assets in the Digital Assets section of your portal. You are welcome and encouraged to use these to promote your link.
Custom Content: You are permitted to create your own promotional content (such as social media posts, videos, or blogs).
Brand Integrity: You must not misrepresent Little Jelly Bean Art, our brand, or any of the digital products you are selling. Misleading claims, false advertising, or unauthorized statements regarding the company will result in immediate termination from the program.
5. Prohibited Activities & Termination
Compliance: Affiliates must conduct their promotion in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner. Spamming, misleading links, or unethical marketing practices are strictly prohibited.
Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion if we find any violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation of the brand. Upon termination, any unpaid accrued commissions for fraudulent or rule-breaking activities will be forfeited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Little Jelly Bean Art will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with your participation in the affiliate program.
7. Updates to Terms
We may modify these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the affiliate program following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
