What exactly is a "Digital Download"?

Instead of receiving a physical poster in the mail, you will receive high-resolution digital files via email. Once you have the file, you can print it as many times as you like for your own personal use. This saves you the cost of shipping and the risk of items being damaged in the post.

How do I get my files after I pay?

As soon as your payment is processed, a download link will be sent directly to your email. You just click, save, and you’re ready to print! If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folder.

You can also access your files at any time through your customer account on our website and download them as many times as you like.

What is your refund policy?

Because digital files are sent instantly and cannot be returned like physical items, we generally do not offer refunds on digital downloads. However, if you have any technical issues with your files, please contact us immediately—we are committed to making sure you are 100% happy with your art.

Can I print this on my home printer?

Yes! If you have a decent color printer, you can print the A4 or 8x10 sizes immediately. For the best "art gallery" look, we recommend using a heavier weight cardstock rather than standard office paper.

What if I need a different size?

We want your nursery to look perfect! If you’ve bought a frame that doesn’t match our standard sizes, just send us an email. We will resize the artwork for you and send it back completely free of charge.

Can I print these and sell them in my own shop?

No. All artwork from Little Jelly Bean Art is for personal use only, unless the listing states that it's for commercial use. You can print them for your home or give them as a physical gift, but you may not resell the digital files or the printed versions.

Can you change the colors or the text for me?

At this point in time, we do not have the capacity for custom orders. All artwork is sold exactly as shown in the listing.

Where is the best place to print my digital art?

You can print your files at any local professional print shop or office supply store.

  • For our South African customers: We highly recommend PostNet, Jetline, or Kodak branches, as they are familiar with our file formats and offer high-quality cardstock while you wait.
  • For our International customers: Shops like Staples, FedEx, or local independent print boutiques are excellent choices.

What kind of paper should I ask for when printing at a print shop?

To get that soft, high-end watercolor look, ask for Matte Cardstock or Heavyweight Luster Paper (ideally between 200gsm and 300gsm). This ensures your print feels sturdy and premium, just like art you'd find in a boutique gallery.

Can I combine different discount codes?

No, our system only allows for one discount code per order. If we are running a store-wide sale (like our current 30% off promotion), additional affiliate or promotional codes cannot be applied on top of those already discounted prices.

Why isn't my discount code working?

Discount codes usually won't work on items that are already on sale. If you’re trying to use a code on a full-priced item and it’s still not working, please double-check the spelling or the expiry date.

How do the auctions work?

From time to time, we run live auctions for exclusive or personalized art bundles starting at just R1. Each auction has a specific starting bid and a closing time. You can place your bid directly on the product page, and you'll be notified if someone outbids you so you have a chance to try again before the timer runs out.

What happens if I win the auction?

If you have the highest bid when the timer hits zero, congratulations! You’ll receive an automated email with a link to complete your checkout. Auction wins must be paid within 24 hours, or the item may be offered to the next highest bidder.

What is the Little Jelly Bean Art Affiliate Program?

Think of it as being a "digital brand ambassador." It’s a simple way to earn money by recommending our art to your friends, family, or followers. You don't need to buy stock or handle shipping—you simply share a link, and we handle the rest!

How and when do I get my affiliate commissions?

All commissions are paid out via manual EFT transfer on the 1st of every month for the previous month's total.

Please note that we have a minimum payout threshold of R100. If your balance is below R100, it will simply roll over to the next month until you reach the threshold.
Once your balance hits R100, you’re eligible for your payout!

Are affilliate programs "pyramid schemes" or do I need a big following?

Not at all! There are no joining fees and no "recruiting" others. It’s a direct commission for helping us find a customer. You don’t need thousands of followers—even sharing with a school WhatsApp group is a great way to earn extra "coffee money" or help with the monthly groceries.

How do I provide my banking details for Affiliate payments?

Once your commission balance reaches the R100 minimum payout threshold, you can initiate your first payout request through your dashboard. Following your first request, we will reach out via email to securely collect your EFT details. From then on, your account will be set up for automatic inclusion in our monthly payout run on the 1st of every month.
